Hey I'm thirteen and I do the same thing! Except it depends on who ur looking for as a bf. I mean I've never really had a bf but I had 4 bad experiences in a row, so take it from me : I know what I'm talking about. If you want 'cool' people to like you, then they really don't want the emo peeps, but if you want an emo bf then those r the dudes that would like you. Now I'm not telling yo to be a poser or anything, it's just that it depends on what type of guy your hoping to like you.

P.S. I hate it when people label me too. It's annoying ( like why don't they get their own lives and go label themselves as g*y) lol

okay just because someone is "scene" or "emo" does not mean they cut themselves. "Scene and emo" are just a way someone dresses.

anyways...if a guy doesn't like you for the way you dress forget him. go for someone who likes you for who are.

Yes, guys do like the "emo/scene" look, even the gangster and preppy boys do.
