LOl....my question is does my parents have the power to deport me eventhough im a permanent resident in US? i have all my SS card and gReen card......everyting is good and i didnt cross the line illegally......do they have the power to that im 21 lol?.....

If you are a legal permanent resident,nobody can deport you(except the government if they think you are a dangerous criminal). The question is :why would your parents deport you?

Are they kicking you out of the house?Do they want you to go back to their country of origin?

Your parents cannot "get you deported."  Only the government has the power to do that.  If you are a convicted criminal or have violated any immigration law or visa regulation, then the govt will revoke your LPR & get you out of here.  If you are over 18 and an LPR, join the military or get a job and move out of your parents' house.  You are supposed to be an adult, so create a life and a livelihood for yourself.

Are they legal immigrants? If not why dont you call INS on them. If I were you and wanted to get away from my mommy I would join the service,its the law for anyone legal or not  age 18 - 25 to sign up with selective services.

ur 21 u shud be out of your parents house, and be independent. unless ur parents can afford to stil support you. parents? h**l no they are not immigration thing. maybe they can file to the police that ur  missing but thats about it. talk to them about ur problems! the best way! are u intending to leave them but they wont? ( if so talk to them and have them feel that u aint leaving them that u wil stil visit)

or are u pissed at cant stand them or has resentment towards them. then tell that to them or as i said better u guys talk if u cant do it by letter.  a permanent resident card will always have their greencard and cannot be taken away or be interfered by your parents except u did some criminal stuff then immigration can do something. if its conditional greencard then thats only goof for 2 years and ur parents has to file for u to have ur permanent one that is good for 10 til ur ready for citizenship. Unless as conditional greencard holder but being abused then u can file a self petition for u.

Come on, you are a grownup, move out of your parents house and get your own.

Maybe that's the reason they want to report you, uh? Or because you have a girlfriend they don't like, hehehehe!
