If credit debt arbirtation case is dismissed, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY?

A ceditor brought an action against me to collect a debt in Arbitration. I fought it, with supporting documents, and the case was dismissed by the arbitration court. In other words, I win.

Can the creditor sue me now in regular court or is that it?

  1. It depends on whether it was binding or non-binding arbitration.

  2. In your pre-hearing arbitration agreement there should be a clause that states both creditor and debtor agree to go to arbitration, they will both abide by the arbitration ruling.

If its not there, you could still be liable for the debt.
