'M 16 AND I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAD BABIES AND MANY MORE PEOPLE WILL HAVE BABIES. I DON'T THINK YOUR LIFE IS OVER ONCE YOU HAVE A BABY, I THINK IT SHOULD GIVE THAT MUCH MORE MOTIVATIONN TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. I UNDERSTAND IT WILL BE MUCH HARDER BUT THATS THE CONSEQUENCES FOR GETTING PREGNANT. I THINK HAVING AN ABORTION IS TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT, UNLESS ITS THE ONLY OPTION FOR HEALTH REASONS... I THINK WHEN TEENS GET PREGNANT THEY LOSE HOPE BECAUSE EVERYONE PUTS THEM DOWN, INSTEAD OF ENCOURAGING THEM TO KEEP THEIR HEADS UP AND DONT GIVE UP!

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS?

SORRY IT SO LONG!

  1. i think that having a baby is a good thing  ... it must be hard at first but  after a while having a son or daughter must be pritty exciting

  2. I trust that you know how girls become pregnant. Now, learn how to avoid becoming pregnant. As far as abortion goes, I try to avoid making mistakes but I still use a pencil with an eraser on one end.

  3. teens having babies puts them on a downward spiral.  Even the rich and famous that can afford to have babies it will be disasters after a year or two. There is absolutely NOTHING good that could come from having a baby as a teen, if you can think of even 1 guaranteed good thing that could be accomplished, publish it, we are waiting.

  4. my aunt had

    a baby at 16.

    she graduated

    with an official

    diploma (not a GED)

    and is now a manager

    for Morango casino.

    prego teens dont

    make it cuz people

    judge them and wont

    let them succeed.

  5. I know some people who have made the best out of the situation and raised nice healthy kids, and some people who have ended up f*cking up their lives and their kids lives. It's all about the person and situation. I am pro-choice though and feel that it is a valid option as well as adoption and raising the child yourself.

  6. I think if a teen is irresponsible and has a baby it is not the end of the world. If they wait like most then they will "fit in" in social situations better and with the knowledge that a more mature person has, the child could learn more or easier and be provided for better by someone with a better job than flipping burgers or whatever low paying hourly job that a teen can get. And the child can't come with to work so there's the sitter fees.

Yes, there are great motivations when hunger and shelter is involved.

I think all parent should beat it into the brain of their children - Male and Female that raising a child is no walk in the park. From my experience you will get unconditional love for about 11-12 yrs then they will start to grow up and begin to resent you for being irresponsible (or just being the parent). But eventually they get over it and understand when they get out in the world. Wish I had waited a few more years...I was 17 and abortion was never an option for me. But they are still 2 of the greatest things in my life and are on their own & very responsible gorgous girls who are not parents yet - you can bet I drove them crazy trying to explain it all to them in great detail! It works!!
