  1. Absolutely pull over to a safe place.  If you have any qestions about the legitimacy of the officer, dial 911 on your phone, tell the operator your location, and they will validate that it is a real officer.  While you do this you need to slow down and put on your emergency lights.

  5. Regardless if the car is marked or unmarked, one is allowed to continue driving until they feel they are in a safe place to pull over. (ie: until general populous is around, until you are allowed to pull off unto a side road..etc...)

    Failure to stop immediately is a crime.

    Depending on why the officer wants you to stop, failure to stop immediately could force the officer to forcibly stop you.
