well....I DONT.....I CANT CONCENTRATE IN MY CLASS...any tips????[by da way....9th grade]

Sounds like you have math anxiety.  Just take it slow and don't let it bother you.  Just learn at your own pace.

There are books on Math Anxiety. Get one and read it. You probably got yours from one or more bad math teachers who had it themselves. You're probably afraid that you can't understand and that's why you can't concentrate. It's important to build up your confidence gradually by doing math problems, starting with simple ones and working your way up.

May be you are sitting by the wrong person, or too far to the back of the class Ask your teacher if you can sit somewhere that is quieter and maybe beside a pupil who is good at maths so he/she could help you with the trickier bits.

   You dont have to like maths, just understand it!

Have you tried your teacher or is he/she unapproachable-sometimes they are. If so try the first suggestion of moving to a quieter work place- and maybe they will see you are serious to learn . good luck . Rome was not built in a day perservere its woth it!
