assasins creed

mass effect

Real Rpg games?

yes i know they are because on each you play a Role Of A Chareter

but there nothing like final fantasy or dragon quest

what do u think?

  1. the first two i'd consider 3rd person adventures.

    RPGs need to have some sort of user-defined progression, i.e. the character you're playing is changing based on the way you play.

    But, saying that, I do think the lines are blurring between genres as people expect with the newer technology, and based on games that've gone before, that new games have a bigger scope.

    You're also getting a mash of Eastern (JRPGs) and Western (such as Oblivion) styles.

  3. they are but a weird thing is that they are just video games where i chose mmorpg (online RPG's) more rpg than them.. its a hard question but they are changing
