i have an ibm desktop and i want to change it to an dvd drive but its an hp is that ok??? help me please i dotn know if top buy it

  1. It should work, if your old drive has an IDE interface, make sure that the new drive is also IDE, just make sure that the new drive has the same type of interface as the old drive.
