DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT COST TO DEVELOP A NEW BEVERAGE?

I am interested in developing and manufacturing a new beverage. I would like hire a food consultant that would actually assist me from start of finish inclusive of getting me samples. I am trying to determine whether I can afford such a project, and want to know what sort of cost I may be up against. I realise that you may not be able to give me an exact figure because you do not know all of the details but I want something ball park, The beverage is belly wash, fruit flavoured sugar sweetened non carbonated drink

i dont know for sure im pretty sure it costs alot though... but you could call like drink companys that are simular to yours(yours is like juice or something right) if so you would call da juice guys up and ask how much it costed them to make theirs.

I am also trying to develop a beverage. It is salty, yellow and not pee. ok ok... it is pee.
