DOES ATKINS DIET STUNT GROWTH????

does the atkins diet stunt growth for a 15 year old? I plan on doing it for 1 month only? will i hurt. i just want an answer about will it stunt my growth, and does milk increase height?

The Atkin's diet is a proven falsity. Dr. Atkin's died of a heart attack. You need carbs, they are not the enemy. Now, if you want to lose weight, look up the FDA daily value of fat, saturated fat and calories.

2000 calories

50g of fat

LESS THAN 20g of saturated fat.

Eat about fifteen hundred calories a day, keep your fats AT OR BELOW 50g, and keep your saturated fat to an absolute minimum.
