DOES OUR VOTE COUNT IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS?

Isn't it a popularity vote and not to be considered unless the electoral vote is deadlocked?

I don't mind being, "wrong as 2 left shoes" and I will GLADLY stand corrected....

(yes, I'm the same person who made statements about not voting!)

  1. a voter should count.  But then you look at the 2000 election and That was a joke.  The people voted for Gore and look who we got stuck with.  I won't go on because I really do not want my answer deleted  For I do not like the man and I can say some really nasty stuff about him
