Hi its like 1:3 where I am and my mate is in tears,

he hit his gf on the butt cheek and bottom thigh once and she basically got bruises from it. to top it off he went and finger slaped his gf in front of her child. lol the finger hit was something he made up, he meabasicallylly hit her with his fingers as a slap kindI'm im not een sure.

basically her mum has called police and put a restraint order from seeing his child. however the gf does not want to press charges as she knows as well as me and him that it was the heat of the moment and hasahs never done anything like this before.

She even admits she lead him to doing it by the nasty things she said thus pushing his head but he has taking it for some while now.

Do you think that the mum should really call police, its not like shes broken a leg or got a distorted face. justLittletel bruise on her bum and thigh, WHICH I PERSONALLY FIND WEIRD.

if thedoesn'tesnt press charges will he get into trouble? police came to their house asking for his name and address. Whatyou thinkhWill wil happen next? he is scared of being arrested or loosing his child.

What do we expect out from them living in misery with faulty education and communication system that ended up with domestic violence being created in own backyards with self lack of knowledge without being aware of it being expose in time?

After being hit hard on the head with the Book of the Dead of failures and horrors of the past in kicking the butts of God in not worshiping God in time?

The ONLY time you should hit anyone should be in self defence, even then it should be proportionate and only enough to stop the person hitting you. Any man who hits a woman in front of her child deserves nothing. He is not a man, she is better off without him.

I hope the CPS have a backbone and prosecute him. This is the only way he will learn a lesson and hopefully learn to control his anger.

What is she doing with this creep?

She is a typical domestic violence victim blaming herself for this jerks behaviour. I have seen it time and again. Her mum has done the right thing protecting her grandchild.

She will be better off without someone like that. He has no excuse for hitting her especially in front of his child.

The police might still press charges even though she has dropped her complaint but only if they think it is in the public interest.

My  mum would not have to call the police if ever a man hit me, I would have him put under the jail. Hey, this excuse for a man slapped her and what is even worse he slapped her in the presence of their child.  He's a big man isnt he? There is never a excuse for a man to hit a woman or for a woman to hit a man.  In most (if not all) states, he will be arrested even if she does not file charges.
