dude it means dont try to hook with me cuz i am a wingman. a wingman is someone who goes somewhere with a friend to make them feel less nervous around girls and helps him get chicks....

wingman: dude who is trying to help his friend get a girl

don't get to excited: meaning that he is not looking for any one also impling that all the girls want to be with him (probably not)

I'm presuming the shirt says "I'm only the wingman". The "wingman" goes into difficult situations to help his friends out. This usually consists of the hot girl his friend wants and her ugly friends the wingman has to talk up while said friend is making his move.
