DOT regulations when do i have to report on duty?

I was asked to start at 12 midnight with a run leaving from Jersey going to Maryland mind you i had just got off duty from a 4am to 2:30pm shift and i wanted to know if that was within DOT Regulations? I DRIVE TRACTOR TRAILERS
