help me! i have an ipod touch 2.0.1 that is pwned (jailbroken) and I don't see any good apps in installer so I'm gonna downgrade to 1.1.4, give up appstore and get all jailbreak apps. the problem... I was thinking that sometime along the road I would go back to 2.0.1 and get my apps back but I need to keep my paid apps from itunes store even though I have to remove itunes to get the earlier version... long story short... need to keep my apps even if downgrading itunes for when i re-upgrade

I give best answer!

  1. You need to back up your apps in a folder then when you re upgrade you can open them via i tunes

    NOTE!!:FIRMWARE 2.0.1 sucks.

  2. yea i agree with teh first answer that pwned is not as good as ziphone. uhmm youtube will help u on that i have seen videos that do. or ya you wait till there is a jailbreak for 2.0 i think he might be one. search up google or youtube on that. then you will find a source which will let you use 1.1.4 apps on 2.0. i found a source which let me use 1.1.4 apps on 1.1.5. so searching is the way to go.

  3. Well i would see if you can save these apps to a cd or a mem. stick. Then you can recall them easily later. And yes pwned is crappy i would wait until ziphone.org puts up the 2.0 jailbreak.
