DOes yahoo still have a picture uploader for email?

I want to upload a few pictures to my email.I know yahoo used to have something like that. Anyone got links to the page?

You can upload pictures as attachments to your email.  Click on browse to determine which picture you want to add, click and upload following the directions.  When you are in the email screen, click on the "attach files", which takes you to a screen with five browse uploads.  From here find the files on your pc to upload your pictures, documents, files, etc.  Good luck.
