DPD Delivery?

Question

Who thinks this delivery service is a piece of ****. I wasn't here to collect a package and they want me to pay another £11.75 to have it delievered tomorrow which is when i need it for.

Its total ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Ben, i mean what? charging 11.75 pounds, what a rip! I agree ben!

That's not right = they will normally make a second attempt to deliver free of charge .. or you can pick it up from the depot instead .. you can go on-line and enter a date when you want it to be redelivered .. (see link)

PS You do know there is a delivery SCAM going round, I hope ?  ...  it usually works like this .. you get home & find a 'failed delivery card' on your doorstep .. you ring them up on the (premium rate) number given and get charged £5 a minute to listen to their 'we are very busy please hold' recorded messages .. after 10 minutes you still have no idea what they are trying to deliver .. but they have £50 of your money .....

Maybe they have moved on to scamming people out of their Credit Card details for 're-arranged delivery' fees ??
