Yes, but it is extemely expensive--I think it is even higher than the newsstand rate.  I don't know how it gets there, if it's mail or if someone drops it off.  I guess if the latter it might be worth it.  I usually just buy it when I'm near a newstand that has it (I know a couple in LA) or at the track, and I use some of the subscription options on the website to bridge the gaps.  Another thing I use is this website, which links to different sites that offer free PPs:http://www.horse-races.net/library/links...

You can get about half to 3/4 of a typical NYRA or So Cal card by clicking on the various links, as well as a lot of coverage of other tracks that may or may not be in your print edition of the DRF.
