DRIVE LEVER FELL OFF

I CAN NOT SEEM TO GET THE DRIVE UNIT OFF I HAVE REMOVED THE 5 SCREWS BUT CAN NOT GET IT OFF THE VACCUM CLEANER. I FOUND THE PART THAT CAME OFF FLOATING AROUND INSIDE. IF I CAN GET THE UNIT OFF I MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIT IT.
