DRIVING A MOPED?????????

I keep arguing to my parents to let me drive my moped at night. They wont let me. Which is safer, driving a moped during the day or at night. I need a good reason,so i can stay out late. And do i need insurance for a 50cc?

well first of all driving a mo-ped during the day is safer b/c those things can only go like what? 25-30 mph? Anyway why dont you get yourself a real vehicle instead of your liquior-cycle.
