OK I JUST WENT ONTO 4OD TO WATCH HOLLYOAKS BUT FOUND FOR SUM REASON I CANT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING CALLED ''DRM LICENCE'' dus anyone no wat this means? help

  1. Sometimes it just internet traffic, if its busy it'll give up trying to get a DRM license before the server is able to deliver one. try again in a little while

  2. Digital Rights Management.

    Just means that the movie is copyrighted and disabled for download/watch in ur country.
