DRUNK AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST????????

MY BROTHER GOT ARRESTED FOR HURTING 3 PEOPLE ONE OF THEM IS HAVING A BABY HOW MANY YEAR WILL HE GET IN JAIL HE DID NOT HAVE A BAD RECORD !!!!

this will depend on what his legal limit was when he was drinking and what he did. There are many ways that they could charge him will be charged with 4 since she was pregnant, And I must be honest he obviously deserves this if he was being careless enough not to care about the other 4 people!

Hopefully forever. Bad people like that don't deserve to be anywhere except a coffin or in jail for the rest of their life.

That's what he gets for being irresponsible.

What guy would hurt a pregnant lady?! Hopefully he gets locked up for a LONG, LONG time. That is all I can say.

My brother is in jail right now. It took many years before he got anything more than a few months.

Assault is a more serious crime than fighting so it depends on the circumstances. Was it a fight or did he just attack someone? Depending on how bad he hurt them and accounting for the fact the he was drunk the judge might not send him to jail.

Most likely the judge will have him take some substance abuse and anger management classes. He'll probably get some kind of probation but maybe not if he goes to the classes and straightens up his act.

I'd advise your brother to take this seriously. Once you get started on that path, it can be hard to get back to the right path. My brother got more bold the more time he spent in jail. He just wasn't afraid of that place. So it had was no deterrent at all. He also has drug problems. If he drinks at all he usually goes off the deep end and gets arrested. Usually someone gets hurt by the time the cops get there.

I hope your family doesn't have to go through what we're going through. My brother doesn't have anyone in his corner anymore except for me and our mom. No one else wants anything to do with him and honestly, I hope he stays far away from me. We get along OK from a distance, but I don't trust him to stay at my home nor to do anything good with money. He never pays me back. But I do give him rides to work etc. I even drove him to jail once when he wanted to turn himself in. I talked to him the other day. He's not getting out until at least November. He'll probably be in for longer than a year. (He's been in since February.) I have no idea what he's going to do when he gets out. The last time, he actually lived in a tent in my parent's back yard. They couldn't trust him to be in the house alone. He came in when they were home, kind of like a pet. It's sad.

Have your brother read this. Getting drunk and doing drugs can lead to a VERY bad place for people with the wrong temperament.
