DS Flash Cards and Adapter?

Question

What is the best DS Flash Cards and Adapter out right now? What emulators are already on the flash cards (can other emulators be put onto the flash cards), size capacity, and easiest to use. Where is the best place to buy at a good price no higher the $50. (Online; if any in store, where?)

I want to use this as extra save space, and to download games from systems: NES, SNES, games that are hard to find and only available in Japan.

The best flash card for nintendo DS is R4. The adapter comes with it. This flash card has the capacity to hold any emulator you want. The size of your card depends on the micro SD you buy. I have one of 2gb and it works fine and its a good capacity for me. The cost,you are lucky because all the kit is less than 50.
