DS6708 symbol scanner freezes keyboard

Question

Hi

I was using this scanner for a few hours but we changed a few settings (by scanning barcodes from the manual). The problem is anytime we scan a barcode now or initally touch the keyboard the keyboard completely freezes and we cannot type anything. Also the barcodes we scan are not read the the information from the scanner is not read.

I have tried scanning the set default barcode but this does not solve the issue.

Can anyone help?
