DSL Doesn't Work Consistantly Best Answer If Quick?

This gets old real quick we pay for a service that doesn't work like it's supposed to. the lights randomly go on and off and the company won't do anything about it. It isn't my computer or the phone line. It has been going on and off as i am writing this. is there any program or something that would help and how can i get this. Any info will help. by the way it's frontier net

Maybe the device they gave you is going bad.  I have had to go out and buy my own modem because of the junk my ISP provided.

Have you called them and threatend to leave? are there any other sevice providers in your area?  If no then review when the connection drops.  which lights blink?  if it is the ethernet light then you can simply replace the ethernet cord between the modem and the pc.  if it is your dsl light that is blinking, then that means that there is an issue between your modem and your dsl provider.  if it is the internet light, that means that you are getting a connection, but there has been an issue with the setup.  there are no pc programs that will fix connectivity issues with your isp.  good luck
