DSL not available?

I've been trying to get DSL for three years now and now they are telling me that i have it and they set up an activation date and i try to hook up that day but my dsl light keeps blinking red

This sort of thing happens all the time. The DSL provider promises a date and they are nearly always late.

Check your DSL password & username first.

If that doesn't work phone up you DSL provider.

tell them to come out and hook it up if your getting a red light and they say you have it, apparently you have something hooked up wrong or they haven't activated you.
