DSL still connected if computer is moved to another room

Question

I recently had AT&T DSL connected up to my computer. Now I want to move the computer to another room. If I just move it and hook it back up to the DSL line and filter it has now, will it work?

Yes. As long as you hook it up right, it will still work.

You have a splitter attached to your incoming phone line. It has two out connectors. One is for a normal phone, and the other goes to your router (or "modem").

If you disconnect the splitter and move it to another room, you will have Internet there. No problem.
