So, I've had my camera for a matter of days, and so far its a great camera. Well, this morning I placed the battery in the camera just like normal. The camera wouldn't turn on. So, I figured that the battery was just out of juice so I went ahead and completely charged it, which didn't help. So, I called Canon and they said it was either a problem with the camera, battery, or charger. So, I went ahead and got a new battery, and it still doesn't work. No matter what I've done, the camera simply won't turn on. I have never dropped the camera or bumped it into something. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to try to fix the camera before I sent it in.
The Camera that I have is the Canon EOS 40D though if you have advice that helped with a different DSLR I'd still like to hear it. Thanks, Cheers.
