DTV Tuner Inoperative Until it Warm UP

Question

My 2 year old Vizio 46 LCD won't give me a picture on DTV until it runs in analog or some other like DVD for about 30 minutes. All other inputs are fine from cold start up.There is an audible click/pop noise then it tunes in DTV.It had been making ticking, popping, and clicking for quite some time as if it were some thermal expansion.
