DUI, suspended license and a ticket for driving on a suspended license?

this happen to my husband; he got a DUI, had his license suspended and got a ticket + his truck towed. yes we got his truck out but will he still be able to get a restricted license?

Well, it depends on local laws, and you didn't even tell us what country you are in, let alone what State.

That said, in most places? Not a hope.

If he got a DUI while driving on a suspended license already I cannot see a court giving him any sort of a break at all. If he was suspended for DUI at the time that he was caught DUI driving while suspended then in many countries and States - mine included - he's facing mandatory jail time.

I doubt it.  Since he already violated the terms once, I don't think the court will be too happy to see him again.

This really depends on your state and the judge you get.  

If I was his judge, he would not be getting a restricted license because he violated state law by driving without a valid license.
