DUI Question. Need your advise.

Months ago I went to California for vacation. While there, I got a DUI (blew a 0.09). The Lawyer I hired says my driving privileges will be suspended in my home state of Florida as well.

As a result of the CA DUI, will my Florida driving license be affected? If so, how?

Simply speaking, CA will tell FL.  It will show on your insurance as well.

Did you go to court in CA? If your license was suspended, they MAY contact Florida. If it has been months ago, looks like they didn't. The problem comes when they do not notify you of a suspension. This happens a lot. Especially true in Child Support cases. You get stopped for something else and find your license is suspended.
