DUI in Ohio........?

I plead no contest to a DUI in Ohio. This is my first and last DUI. I went out with my brother, partied like I was 10 years younger, and blew three times the legal limit. In the state of OHio, I must spend three days in jail and another three in a hotel doing DUI classes. Can anyone tell me what I can expect for those three days in jail?? I am pretty scared about it.

  2. Pay $75.00 a month for a Breathalyzer for your car. $50.00 a month probation fees.

  3. Be quiet, don't try to be a tuff guy. Do what you are told, you will be fine.

  4. You live in frickin Ohio!  What is there to be scared about?

  5. I am sorry to hear that you pled no contest.

    Breathalyzer tests are notoriously inaccurate.

Your blood alcohol was probably much less than what the breathalyzer said.

You really needed to talk to an attorney first.

You needed an attorney who specializes in dui defense and has successful experience at trial.

Unfortunately once you have entered a plea it will be very difficult to withdraw the plea.

Still I recommend that you talk with some attorneys with expertise in this area to see if there is anything that can be done at this point.

  6. Don't drop the soap.....

  7. you won't go to federal bust you in your *** prison. you'll go to county. keep your head down and keep your mouth shut and do what you're told and you'll be fine.
