Question

My dad got a DUI 3 weeks ago and another tonight..he hasnt even been to court for the first one yet!

He also has one from 03. He is in jail right now and was calling me asking for 300 bucks for his bond...I said no. Hes in jail for the night and sees the judge at 9am, she decides if he stays in jail or gets to come home. We live in IL, what is going to happen to him?

Jail time and suspension of his license later on probation and community service and continued suspension of his license another DUI will cause him to lose his license for good and he will be in jail for 3 to 5 plus possible house arrest

Could be anything from jail time to suspension of license and major fines. This stuff is normally case by case. I guess the only way to find out is to wait.
