  1. If the car is in his name its gone  if its in your name you will have to pay to get it back  looks like the state will pickup his room & board for the next couple years

  2. this dosen't sound good .your car is at a tow yard maybe .  when you get your son home kick him in his ***!!!!! do you know why he has no license. has he got a dui before . I know in ny where i got my dui . i payed alot . 500 hd for a lawyer , 1000 for fines & 200courts fees .i also driven 86 in a 55 zone . they  will hard on him becaues of no licenes .& dui ,. i dnt know whats going to happen , but let him sit there till morning , you will have to bail him out, i wise the best for you . call a lawyer later on they will help u  .

  3. Your Car, will go to Impound, it will cost about 400 dollars to get it out of there.

Your son will be charged with DUI, and have to post bond and go to a trial date, where they will either give him probation or jail time with work release.  Meaning that he will be in jail but will be able to work on the weekends.   he will have to get an attorney and a bail bondsman.

Now depending on how to arrest took place that will define how a guilty ornot guilty charge comes about.  So with that informatin good luck on your son, becuase he is going to be screwed and paying alot of money to keep himself out of trouble and also his license.

The other thing that he must do is apply for a commercial license only, meaning that he can drive to and from his work only, and only during the hours of his job.  After that he will lose his license completely, and will not get it back again.  The other thing is about 200 dollars per month, a vehicle breathalizer machine that will make sure that he is not drinking while driving.

other than that. man the best thing that I can possibly tell you is to consult with an attorney that specializes in DUI and DWI cases.

  4. He will be in detox until he is sober. Your car is in the yard. He will face both a criminal and civil case and probably need a lawyer and have to go to alci class.

  5. He is an adult. Make him deal with it. Leave him in jail.

Don't be a co-dependent. Your car goes to a impound. You will be charged by the day, so get it out ASAP.

Tough love. Don't let him use the car any more.
