DUNKIN DONUTS MCDONALDS free food on MAY 15th??

i was watching a commercial or a mcdonalds and it said that dunkin donuts will give a free ice coffee while mcdonalds will give free chicken sandwhiches why?

well the dunkin donuts in town and a bunch of other dunkin donuts eve advertise on their signs and have flyers inside that say free iced coffee may 15th from 10am till 10pm. i havn't heard the mcdonalds one yet but that is probally too as well.

I am from NY, and I noticed that too. Dunking Donuts is giving away free small iced coffees. McDonalds is giving away free McChicken Sandwiches with a purchase of any beverage.

I'll be there for breakfast AND lunch!

McDonalds is trying to get people interested in their new chicken sandwiches (which don't look all that appetizing if I do say so myself). And apparently Dunkin Donuts is giving out free small iced coffees on the same day.

I saw the Dunkin' Donuts commercial this morning while watching Clint Eastwood movies on a Turner Channel.    You can receive a FREE small (16 oz.) sized Iced Coffee at Dunkin' Donuts on Thursday May 15, 2008 from 10am until 10pm.

I heard that McDonalds was giving away those new Southern style chicken biscuits (breakfast ones)  or sandwiches (lunch/dinner) when they buy any medium or large drink.

I heard that Dunkin Donuts was giving away free ice coffees on May 15th (only between 10 am & 10 pm). I figured it's a promotion to get people to try them and also to bring customers in the store, hoping they will make other purchases. Before seeing the other answers here, though, I hadn't heard of McDonald's giving free stuff away on the 15th.

the free chicken sandwiches was like last wednesday but for other states it might be other places. if you buy a medium drink you get a free chicken sandwich which tastes exactlyyy like chicfila's(i tried it) idk about the dunkin donuts i havent heard of that. the chicken sandwich is new and they wanna try to get it out for ppl to try it

EDIT: it was from like 2pm-7pm and they didnt run out of it...i went there at 6:30 and it wasnt cold either, very hot!
