DV MP3 MP4 PLAYER

Question

I recently found an MP3 player. I do not have the software that came with the product. There is no name on the device for me to look up an instruction manual. It looks to be maybe 2 years old or so. The only writting on it is on the screen and it is DV MP3 MP4 PLAYER. I have tried numerous ways to add music to it and nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The version is v321.5678 That is the only thing I could find out about this product.
