I made a movie on my macbook using both imovie and idvd, now how can I burn it. I don't have a DVD burner on my actual computer, but is there a way for me to email or export the movie. We own a dvd recorder, but when i tried to hook it up to my computer it said cannot connect to device, i really want to be able to copy the movie i made as it is going to be a gift, is there any way to do it without a dvd burner on my macbook?

  2. hi there

I love my macs, there I said it ;)

    you do have iDVD right?

In iDVD you can drop down a menu >>>it says magic dvd or one step dvd AND it says: VIDEO TUTORIALS in the lower left corner

Did you run the video tutorial? It even has a section TITLED: burning your dvd.
