It says "DVD/CD-ROM drives not installed."
Device Status: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
When I checked the status in Device Manager, I found a little yellow question mark in front of the DVD/CD-ROM drives. Then, I uninstalled it, and tried to find a new hardware (just like what the instruction told me to do). It did find the new hardware, but it said something like ...the driver may be corrupted or missing.
Thank you,
Xu Ling
