Whenever i try to use dvd decrypter it says device not ready (medium not present) even though i have a dvd in there wats wrong

  1. are you trying to watch a copied movie? if so your player might be to old and doesn't know about R+ - disc. I needed to buy new players to watch copied movies. See if the play says on the back or sides what formate it plays.
