DVD Error with the Sony DVD506 Camcorder.?

Question

I have the Sony DVD506 Handycam Camcorder, I used a Double sided TDK 8cm DVD Disc one side had been recorded and finalized with no problem, the otherside has been recorded on but it will not read the disc or finalized. Everytime I put the disc in it comes up with Disc Error - Unsupported Format. Is there any way I can get my video of the disc? Any help will be great.
