DVD Player broken???

my dad's DVD players don't load any type of disc we have tried 4 different movies and neither one of them loads. is it because of dust build up or something else or could there have been a button pressed i don't know. everything is normal it just won't recognize the disc.

Try getting a CD/DVD cleaner and running it, or spraying it with a can of air.  If this doesn't work, it may be broken.

try cleaning it with a lense cleaner disc if you see dust

if that doesn't work, it's broken.
