DVD Player does not work. RCA DRC33835 VHS-DVD Record/play combo. Bought in July 2007. Worked fine

RCA DRC33835 VHS-DVD Record/play combo. Bought in July 2007. Worked fine until 3-14. Now will not load up DVD, will not open/close DVD door. No buttons work on unit or remote. Rebooting per instruction manual does not help.preacher624@yahoo.com
