DVD Player problem. when I load DVD's into my Cyberhome DVD player it says

when I load DVD's into my Cyberhome DVD player it says "loading" and doesn't ever play. I hear a "Spinning" noise but it no longer works (the dvd never comes on); sometimes when I load a disc, it says "NO DISC". I try cleaning the player but the cleaner disc doesn't play either! HELP PLEASE!
