DVD-Recorder and DVD-RAM?

Question

I got a (panasonic DMR-E20 and DMR-E60).

thay both use DVD-RAM discs to record tv programes

the disc uses ( .VOB) file format.......now......

i made my own video using software to convert then to (.VOB) format, then burn the video on DVD-RAM disc.....

when i insert the disc in the E-20 or E-60..it does'nt work.....but

when i inset the disc in another DVD recorder (samsung) ..it works fine ...the menu's and video......WHY?

Hi mat_tt92,

I suspect you are using DVD+R media. The Panasonic E20 and E60 will not play +R media.

Get some DVD-R media and you will be in business.
