DVD label label inner ring or center portion

Question

I am using a Memorex DVD/CD label maker and am concerned about some fine print on the back of the package of the blank, die cut, self adhesive labels. Should I use the full face label or should I pop out the center portion of the label before I put the labels on my DCDs that I just burned?
