DVD player -next option?

dudes, i just wanting to ask some imput, about dvd players ok heres the question

i have this dvd player for about 6 motnh now and it was working fine until one daymost of my dvd does not play anymore properly

i will play the 1st part but when the next part comes it will hang it works well in the begining but when i got next or try the other option in the dvd it wont work it wil hang can you tell me if its the laser or what is the problem

You probably need to clean the laser. This is done with a laser cleaning disk like the one in the link below. The link is from Radio Shack but you can find them online or in most electronics stores that sell DVD players.

My guess is that there is something wrong with your player and it is not a dirty laser lens. I am a heavy smoker and have never cleaned my lenses and all my players work just fine. Most manufacturers advise against using cleaning products on the lens. Of course they want to sell players too. A cleaning disk is fairly inexpensive and I might try it since you have nothing to loose.
