DVD player with resume function even after power off???

Question

I am looking to buy a DVD player that can resume where I last play even after power OFF. I know almost all DVD player would resume if you hit the STOP button but I need one that would resume even after POWER OFF. Please list me the exact model if possible. Thank you.

I have  a Phillips dvp3110k that resumes function after the power is turned off.  It is completely awesome that it starts up at the exact point where I shut off the disk.

I actually have several players from several countries to play different discs from different regions, but my Phillips plays them all.  It seems to be accidentally region free too!
