DVD-r Recording - Best DVD burner for the job

Question

I have made a few DVD's on my PANASONIC DMRE30 and want to make copies using a burner.  What is the best Burner to get, and would I be able to just make a straight copy with this unit? I've been looking at the A03's and A04's, is this the best bet, you would someone suggest something else for the job. Thanks
