DVD+R help?

Is there any way to reopen a closed DVD that you burned? I need to delete the files currently on the DVD, and then add new ones.

  1. As far as I know, only if it's a re-writeable, i.e. DVD +RW. Though my burner asks if I want to set up my DVDR so I can add stuff, so maybe that's possible. You definitely can't delete anything.

    DVD-R

    DVD+R are both one time burn and you can't change the content.

    -RW

    +RW will allow you to rewrite the entire disk.
