DVD+RW Question, please help!?

Ok, I recorded myself playing guitar hero using a DVD+RW disc. When I place it in my computer, I can play it as a DVD on media players and such. Now When I explore the disc, there are a bunch of different files, and I dont know which is which. How can I make it so I can upload this video (with sound included) to YouTube?

dvd content is stored in vob file format so go to the video folder and look for the vob file, it should be the file that uses the most space on the drive ( 30 minutes of video uses about 1GB of a dvd disc depending on the quality) look on you tube to find out what file format you need to convert the VOB video to. then check out www.zdnet.com for a decent video converter. hope this helps. there is also a program called YOUCAM that lets you record with your webcam and upload to you tube directly. just search for it i think it is cyberlink.co.uk or something.
